- Priority audience: CAL members and CAL Interest Groups
- Geographic focus: Underserved areas of the state
The CAL Continuing Education Committee facilitates continuing education by assisting workshop presenters with:
- Identifying workshop locations
- Scheduling workshops so they don't conflict with other local CE events
- Managing online registration and on-site support the day of the workshop
- Effectively advertizing workshops
- Understanding CAL's workshop fee structure and other budget considerations that may impact the scope of a workshop
- Complying with CAL rules for workshops
