Charge

• Consists of representatives of the Associations.
• Present a list of candidates to the Executive Board not later than 90 days prior to the annual business meeting.
• See that ballots are distributed to each individual member no later than sixty days prior to the annual business meeting.
• Count completed ballots received by the Executive Director no later than 30 days prior to the annual meeting.
• Notify candidates of the election results.
• Report election results to the membership at the annual meeting.
