Voting Process

• The Blue Spruce bookmark acts as the voting ballot. Ballots are available here in PDF format

• Ask students to write their name and school on the ballot/bookmark. Students should make a check on the ballot/bookmark by the books they have read.
• Students who have read fewer than 3 titles go directly to nominating titles for next year
• Students who have read 3 or more books write their choice for this year's winner in the box provided on the ballot/bookmark, then nominate titles for next year
• Collect all ballot/bookmarks. Indicate the total number of books read and the total number of votes by the appropriate titles on the tally sheet.
• Complete the information requested on the tallysheet (MS Word) and send it to jobee@jefferson.lib.co.us by January 16, 2009
