Colleague Connection 2007: Library 2.0 with Karen A. Coombs
Recently, the term "Library 2.0" has gained popularity in librarianship. While some feel that the term represents a shift in the way libraries do business, others have argued that it is little more than a buzz word for things libraries are already doing. This talk will discuss the origins of Library 2.0, the principles behind it, and steps libraries can take to move towards implementing Library 2.0 services.
