CAL Associations

The purpose of an Association is to promote library service and librarianship within and for a particulartype-of-library or as it relates to a particular type-of-library activity, and to cooperate in the promotion ofgeneral and joint enterprises within CAL and with other library groups.

 

Colorado Association of School Libraries (CASL)

CASL encourages the development and effective utilization of school libraries as an essential component of student achievement in the educational process. CASL is an Association of the Colorado Association of Libraries.

Colorado Academic Library Association (CoALA)

CoALA promotes library service in the colleges and universities of Colorado and is an association of the Colorado Association of Libraries.

Colorado Association of Special Libraries (ColASL)

CoASL promotes special library service to the State of Colorado, to work for the continued improvement of special libraries in Colorado, to contribute to the professional growth of its members, and to strive for the further improvement of the profession of librarian. CoASL is an association of the Colorado Association of Libraries.




Colorado Public Library Association (CoPLA)

CoPLA promotes public library service, to work for the continued improvement of public libraries, to contribute to the professional growth of its members, and to strive for the further improvement of the profession of librarians in the State of Colorado. CoPLA is an association of the Colorado Association of Libraries.
