In June the Denver Post ran an article entitled Colorado hemp grows from
novelty to industry with potential. The article states that "hemp's
industrial potential is being explored in farm fields, factories, retail
outlets and university laboratories throughout Colorado". Zev Paiss,
our guest speaker (and an expert cited in this article), has led the National
Hemp Association to build a strong membership program and oversees a growing
series of educational and social events. Learn about the differences
between marijuana and hemp, how entrepreneurs are finding opportunities in the
hemp industry, and about the new national campaign to legalize hemp.

This special libraries directory was created by Leif Madsen, the Learning Resource Center Manager at the Denver School of Nursing, on behalf of ColASL and CAL. The other directories that can be found on the site are still in development but the aim is to have a link to every single library and museum in the State.
